KC9JBD is an Amateur Radio UHF repeater located  in Quincy Illinois. The Heartland Repeater Group (H.R.G) is dedicated to the advancement of "Ham Radio". Founded in 2006, the H.R.G is a "general-purpose" club for anyone interested in ham radio. Anyone with a valid class license may join the group. Click on the membership link
